Welding Manipulator Technical Parameters

The automatic welding center consists of a welding manipulator, welding power sources (including MIG/MAG, TIG, plasma welding and SAW), and welding rotators (or welding positioners). It is used for welding metal vessels and metal structural parts, and the complete set of equipment can be controlled either individually or in linkage. Optional devices can be configured according to customer needs, including seam trackers, arc length trackers, oscillators, monitors, flux conveying and recovery systems, etc. It is widely applied in numerous industries such as pressure vessels, chemical machinery, refrigeration equipment, nuclear power construction, metallurgical construction, engineering machinery and petrochemical engineering.
