Circumferential Seam Welding Machine is mainly used for butt or lap welding of circumferential seams on thin-walled cylinders. Adopting a head-tail structure, it mainly consists of headstock, bed, tailstock, workpiece support, torch mounting bracket, sliding carriage and other components.
The headstock serves as the power source of the equipment and is equipped with different fixtures. The workpiece is clamped by manual or pneumatic thrust from the tailstock and rotated to complete welding.
The torch mounting bracket is installed on the main beam of the bed and can move horizontally. The sliding carriage is equipped with a fine-adjustment slide for precise positioning of the welding torch.
Equipped with TIG, MIG/MAG or PLASMA welding power sources and control systems, it forms a complete circumferential welding system.
