The automatic welding center consists of a welding manipulator, welding power sources (including MIG/MAG, TIG, plasma welding and SAW), and welding rotators (or welding positioners). It is used for welding metal vessels and metal structural parts.
The equipment can be controlled either individually or in linkage.
According to customer requirements, optional devices such as seam trackers, arc voltage trackers, oscillators, monitoring systems, and flux feeding & recovery systems can be equipped.
It is widely used in pressure vessels, chemical machinery, refrigeration equipment, nuclear power construction, metallurgical construction, engineering machinery, petrochemical engineering and other industries.
